Q&E DEFINITION
Our live Q and E’s stand for Questions and Exploration.
This differs from your average Q and A’s, with the questions that arise along your journey with us in our coaching programs we will have a session that answers it and then we go and explore what that means to your body. We do this so you can feel and explore your version of solving that particular question.
Your Membership will also bring you lots of other cool features including the capability of building your own case study with reflections and before and after pics and vids over 12 Months, exclusive content from breakthroughs from Zac’s private and Group Coaching Students as well as the first chance to read new articles insights and coaching about the latest Heal Yourself and Move research.

- “Leg was able to melt with a lot more movement by the end with the ball , feels a lot more free”
